From the rehabilitation clinic to outpatient rehabilitation: The new VAMED Rehabilitation Center Zurich Seefeld is seamlessly integrated into the VAMED network. We take care of the communication and coordination between our rehabilitation clinics and outpatient rehabilitation centers for you. This ensures a seamless, integrated healthcare provision. All health-related data of our patients are recorded in the central information system. These data are accessible both in the inpatient clinics and in the outpatient centers such as the Rehabilitation Center Zurich Seefeld. Be it conventional therapy methods or state-of-the-art robotic therapy: with us, the path is clear for a seamless and patient-centered continuation of treatment with familiar devices and methods.
