Reha Brain Health Consultation - your comprehensive approach

  • Evaluation: Analysis of the important factors that influence brain health: Brain health is assessed using the Brain Health Questionnaire, which covers five areas - sleep, nutrition, physical activity, cognitive and psychological aspects as well as social interactions and lifestyle. Data from therapy is also taken into account.

  • Counseling: Collaboration between various specialists to coordinate treatment plans, individual recommendations on nutrition, sleep and mobility, consideration of lifestyle factors as well as psychosocial support and involvement of family members.
